Slow Wine Fair 2027

Slow Wine Fair 2027 returns to BolognaFiere from 21 to 23 February with an international focus on wine described by the organisers as good, clean and fair. Selected wineries, buyers and wine professionals meet around sustainability, biodiversity, responsible farming and the cultural value of wine.
